Notes
- Cancellation Fee Notice: Please note that all cancellations eligible for the full refund are subject to a 3% non-refundable administrative and payment processing fee. By finalizing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.
- Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of €500 is required for all stays. For credit card payments, this is handled via a temporary authorization hold. For manual bank transfers, the deposit is requested to be included in your transfer allocation and will be refunded to your IBAN within 7 days of checkout following a damage-free property inspection. Note that for manual payments, the reservation is only finalized once the security deposit has been received.
- Information Book & House Rule Acceptance: A comprehensive Information Book packed with our favorite local Praia da Vagueira recommendations, restaurant tips, simple guides for the house and detailing our House Rules will be shared upon booking. By securing your stay and checking into the property, you and your group automatically agree to abide by the House Rules.
