The Lagosta Beach House is a beautifully curated, multi-level terraced house. The interior features striking traditional terracotta tiled floors, warm natural wood finishes, and elegant statement pieces. Designed specifically for larger families or groups who love to entertain, the home flows effortlessly from a bright, sophisticated interior to a spectacular private outdoor oasis.

- The Living & Dining Area: A spacious, open-concept living room filled with natural light, and featuring a large round wooden dining table, cozy fireplace, and a fun photo-ready neon feature wall and hanging egg chair.
- The Chef's Kitchen: Fully renovated and brand new, this stunning kitchen features premium appliances, beautiful Portuguese tilework, a rustic copper sink, and a breakfast bar that opens directly onto the covered outdoor dining terrace.
- The Themed Bedrooms: The three private bedrooms are elegantly styled around distinct local themes: the plush "Porto" room with its colourful ceiling, the classic "Lisboa" room featuring a romantic four-poster bed, and the fun, family-friendly "Costa Nova" room equipped with a playful striped house bunk bed and slide.
- The Loft & Rooftop Terrace: Featuring a custom Moliceiro boat mural and a bright skylight, this cozy open loft includes a plush bed alongside a single pull-out sofa to help sleep up to 10 guests, all while opening directly onto an expansive, private rooftop sun terrace.
- The Indoor Bathrooms: The house features 2.5 beautifully renovated indoor bathrooms, including a charming vintage-chic powder room, a luxurious marble-styled family bath with heated towel racks, and a stunning spa-like bath complete with a skylight and natural stone vessel sink.

- Cancellation Fee Notice: Please note that all cancellations eligible for the full refund are subject to a 3% non-refundable administrative and payment processing fee. By finalizing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.
- Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of €500 is required for all stays. For credit card payments, this is handled via a temporary authorization hold. For manual bank transfers, the deposit is requested to be included in your transfer allocation and will be refunded to your IBAN within 7 days of checkout following a damage-free property inspection. Note that for manual payments, the reservation is only finalized once the security deposit has been received.
- Information Book & House Rule Acceptance: A comprehensive Information Book packed with our favorite local Praia da Vagueira recommendations, restaurant tips, simple guides for the house and detailing our House Rules will be shared upon booking. By securing your stay and checking into the property, you and your group automatically agree to abide by the House Rules.
